Equality Plan

WeDo is committed to the establishment and development of policies that integrate equal treatment and non-discrimination, as well as the execution and promotion of measures to achieve real equality within the organisation, establishing equality as a strategic principle of our Corporate and Human Resources Policy, being aware that our business management must be in line with the needs and demands of society. Our aim is to extend our commitment to effective equality to the LGBTQ+ collective.

To achieve this goal, both management and employees have worked together in developing and evaluating the Equality Plan, as well as in the subsequent implementation and monitoring processes.

Equality and Diversity

We are committed to achieve real equality within the organization and has drawn up an Equality Plan. Our aim is to extend this commitment also to the LGBTIQ+ collective.

Gender balance in leadership and decision-making

We work to maintain a remuneration policy, a training programme and an internal promotion process that guarantee due consideration to both gender balance and inclusion of the LGBTIQ+ collective.

Our recruitment and selection processes are devised to prevent gender bias, with a continuous monitoring to identify and correct possible inequalities.

Work-life balance and organisational culture

We aim to achieve a balance between work and family responsibilities for our team, promoting flexible and strategies that can adapt to changing needs in life.

Measures against gender-based violence

We strive to create and maintain safe and respectful workplaces and positive work relationships, free of sexual and gender-based harassment. Our protocol is presented and available to all WeDo employees.

Day-to-day integration of the gender

We integrate the gender dimension in all our contributions, whether proposals, trainings or our project managerial and impact-related work, with special attention to communication and engagement.

We work to create and maintain an inclusive and non-judgmental work environment, and so we are continuously monitoring the attainment to the equality objectives set.
