Ángel Honrado
Co-founder, CEO, CFO & Project manager
My background in theatre has been instrumental for navigating multicultural settings, interacting with people from diverse origins, presenting ideas clearly and dynamically, and understanding body language. I’m inspired by transformative activities that positively impact people’s lives and communities, and I firmly believe in the power of collaboration and knowledge-sharing to tackle complex challenges. One important lesson I’ve learned is that there’s always room for optimism, and by working together, we can accomplish remarkable things. For me, collaboration is the only way forward.

Mireia Manent
A mix of strategic thinking, communication, and engagement (either through team building or stakeholder management) has been pivotal in my career development, allowing me to add value to collaborations in a very diverse range of activities. I’m inspired by teamwork, and I love facilitating processes with diverse groups to shape shared strategies. Ultimately what moves me is the idea that our efforts contribute somehow to a kinder, better world.
One key lesson I’ve learned is that every experience, even setbacks, offers something valuable to guide us forward, perhaps not immediately but eventually.

Mario Magaña
Partner & Chief communications officer
From my perspective, listening and adapting have been essential to my growth—I see each comment, even criticism, as a chance to learn. I’m inspired by the simplicity of daily routines and find real enrichment in moments of “boredom.” A key lesson I’ve learned is that art can illuminate science; working with researchers has shown me how an unconventional approach reveals new insights. For me, it’s more important to bring something unique than to compete within existing molds, allowing authenticity to lead the way in my work and interactions.

Isabel Iborra
General manager & Project manager
Not having a strongly defined vocation has allowed me to explore various paths, learning from each role and the people around me. Variety is the spice of life. I’m driven by the goal of building and nurturing an environment of trust. A valuable lesson I’ve learned is that I’m capable of so much more than I initially believed. Honesty, humility, and respect are values deeply rooted in my approach to life and work.

Ada Basterrica
Curiosity to learn and expand my abilities has been fundamental to my professional growth; questioning and experimenting always drive me to improve. I also find it essential to observe and learn from the skills and qualities of those around me, which enriches my approach and makes the process more enjoyable. I’m inspired by understanding the transformative impact of our actions, however small, and by being mindful of the community and environment in which I work. A valuable lesson I’ve learned is that differences often present opportunities, and this idea guides my work and decisions.

Julieta Carmona
Administrative assistant
I’m inspired by movement—by the flow of ideas, the arrival of new perspectives, and the spaces that invite reinvention. In my work, I’m driven by the challenge of contributing something meaningful; beyond it, by curiosity and a deep desire to keep learning, even from the unexpected. A valuable lesson I’ve embraced is that strength lies not just in knowledge, but in how we navigate change: listening before speaking, acting with intention, and collaborating without losing our own essence. True adaptability means flowing with purpose while remaining true to oneself.
Maria Pia Aristimuño
Project manager
My growth has come from blending scientific expertise with project management, allowing me to bridge technical complexity with strategic execution. Working and travelling abroad enhanced my adaptability and resilience, refining my communication and composure under pressure. I’m driven by purpose, especially on projects advancing health and sustainability, and I am committed to sustainable living and connecting with diverse perspectives through nature and travel.

Jorge Gutiérrez Montoya
Science Communicator
My work is rooted in an interdisciplinary approach, blending digital and physical formats and using lateral thinking to spark creative and communication processes. I constantly explore new materials, visual languages, and formats to expand how ideas are expressed—sharpening both their visual and conceptual clarity. I believe the most meaningful results come from co-creation and dialogue. Listening to collaborators, audiences, and institutions helps shape work that’s truly shared, not just delivered. Creativity, for me, is deeply human—an emotional pulse that connects us to a collective past and future.

Irene Canovi
Graphic designer
My growth as a designer has come from a mix of technical skills, boundless creativity, curiosity, and a constant drive to challenge myself. I find daily inspiration in everything around me—from street art that catches my eye to the ideas sparked by conversations with friends or even strangers. One valuable lesson I’ve learned is that design often requires making artistic choices, even if they diverge from a client’s initial vision. For me, progress is all about embracing challenges; without them, there’s no real growth.

Carlos O. Docando
Illustrator & Graphic designer
Curiosity has been a driving force in my growth, allowing me to explore a wide range of visual arts and develop creative problem-solving skills. I see myself as a blend of precision and creativity—I wear two hats: one technical, one creative—balancing careful analysis with a need to let my imagination flow. One lesson I’ve embraced is that “slow is smooth, and smooth is fast”;
taking my time with each project helps me avoid rework and focus on quality. Ultimately, I believe it’s not just about what you do, but how you do it, bringing genuine care and professionalism to every detail. And when it comes to details, I’m more Catholic than the Pope.

Olaya Moena
Science communicator
I believe my professional growth has been driven by exploring and experimenting with different ways to communicate knowledge—playing with textures, tones, and ideas. This freedom sharpens creativity and leads to innovative outcomes. A key lesson I’ve learned is the power of active listening. Letting go of assumptions allows me to connect empathetically with others and understand their unique perspectives. I see sharing as fundamental to building stronger, more engaged communities, whether at work, with family, or in the world around us.

Chiara Corliano Nahi
Project manager
I believe true professional growth comes from collaboration and shared purpose. Throughout my journey, I’ve seen how authentic teamwork transforms challenges into opportunities and builds projects that are greater than the sum of their parts. What drives me each day is the chance to make a meaningful impact—however small—through my work. I’ve also learned that adaptability and clear communication are essential in a constantly evolving environment; listening, aligning, and sharing ideas are key to building strong, effective relationships.
